Comment:  Attendant readers of my columns. will notice that I have focussed on the 13% of emission producing vehicles on SSI, cars (private and commercial).  I have not considered the 18% that are light duty and SUV's.  The reason is that there are very few SUV options and no truck options.  There are currently on the drawing board or are very expensive.  As these vehicle enter the market and are affordable, I will include them in my analysis.  

To clarify, the EV group is therefore cars, SUV's and Trucks.   And any motorcycle that can be chargerd at 220 (example: Zero).  And not boats, buses, planes.
